We need permission to access the internet for processing of user data, for the required calculations, for paid readings and to run Google Ads.
We also ask for the following permissions from the user-
SEND_NOTIFICATIONS: This permission is required to send notifications about upcoming events, card of the day insights and much more.
What Information Do We Collect?
Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
Data or information that can be directly linked to a user or a mobile device is called the Personally Identifiable Information or PII. The PII collected by us when you install one or more of our application is:
Name and Email Address – We require the users to provide their name and email address while registering or creating an account for using any application. We may also need the user’s name for creating their reports.
We can also use your Email address for sending you the results or reports that you choose to purchase.
Your Email address is also collected when you choose to log in through Facebook. This is the email id that you use to log in to the application.
Birth Details- We require the users to provide their Birth details (including date and time of Birth) which are collected for calculations in some of the features of our applications.
For our in-app purchases, provided by Playstore and App store, the users may need to input their credit card or other financial information. It must be noted that we do not store the user’s financial information or card details. This information is directly provided to the third party payment gateway, and how they use your personal information is governed by their own privacy policy.
For Our Products and Services
We might collect the user’s Name, Email Address, Birth Details (Birthday, Birth Place and Birth Time) for Astrological calculations to generate Birth Chart Reports, Timeline Report, Love Compatibility Report, Life Report, to provide Numero Tarot guidance and much more . We can also use your Email address to send you your personalized reports.
For Purchases and Order Forms
We might collect the user’s name, email address, contact number, address, city, zip code and country name for the purchase of any of our products/services.
Non Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII)
Information like the operating system and application build that a user is using on their device is called Non Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII). This information is used for the purpose of troubleshooting issues that users might encounter while using the application.
Our applications may collect the following non-PII:
- Device Manufacturer, model, and build information
- Operating System, Operating System version
- Account activation date and time
- Device’s Google Advertising ID
- Content and advertisements displayed
- We also use a third-party, Google/Firebase Analytics library, to anonymously collect the data regarding various activities of the user within our application and-related Push Notifications. This helps us to figure out the features used and to enhance the quality of our application. This information is not used for third- party marketing purposes.

Third-party Businesses: Our applications may include links to other websites or content from third-party businesses. However, we are not responsible for the policies practiced by these third parties. We do not exercise any control or access over any technologies used by them. We persistently employ third-party analytics services to find the frequency of installs and the duration of use of our apps. These services may help us collect information such as what content you view and what is your current status within our apps.

We ensure total security and confidentiality of the details about the user’s identity, predictions and forecasts.

The web analytics services, offered by Google Analytics provided by Google Inc., uses the collected data to trace and examine the usage of our apps, in order to prepare the reports on the activities to share them with different Google services. This collected data can also be used by Google to personalize the ads from its own advertising network.
Push Notifications Through Firebase
We may send you push notifications using Google Firebase.
Protection of Children’s Privacy
Consciously, we do not use any of our mobile apps to collect data or market to children who are under 18 years of age. As a parent or guardian, if it ever comes to your notice that your child has unknowingly and shared any information without your prior permission, please bring this to our attention by writing to us at support@medhaavi.org
Under any circumstances if it comes to our notice that a child under the age of 18 years has provided any kind of Personally Identifiable Information without parent’s permission, we shall immediately remove all the concerned information at the earliest opportunity.
It is recommended that children below the age of 18 years shall use our apps and website strictly under parental supervision.
Purchases
We allow access to various paid features and services. By purchasing our features and services, you agree to pay the full price for usage of the purchased services. All the In-App purchases are made available through App Store(iOS) & Google Play Store(Android).
If you need more information about ways to manage In-App purchasing from your device, you shall find the required information and guidance in the respective App store providers EULA or terms and conditions, available online or in the help section of your device.
As a parent or guardian, if you are concerned about your child under 18 years of age making excessive purchases, then it is recommended that you consider using parental control settings of your App store provider.
You should understand that all your payments are subjected to the payment terms and conditions of your App store provider platform. Since we do not control the transactions or manage how you pay on these platforms; it is your responsibility to review the payment policies of your respective App store platform to clear all your doubts.
Payment Security
All the payments for the paid services of our application are processed through a secured payment gateway. Our apps do not collect your payment information. Only the third party payment gateway is responsible for collection of your payment information and processing of your payments.
We follow all the required procedural and technical measures to protect unauthorized access and usage of the information provided by you.
Advertising
User data is used by Ad services for the purposes of advertising, in the form of banners and other forms of advertising on our apps, in an attempt to provide user interest based ads. This however, does not constitute that all your personal information is used for the fulfillment of said purpose.

AdMob, which is an advertising service offered by AdMob Google Inc. uses Cookies and usage information to determine User interest.
